Processing Time
Each piece is lovingly made to order, so please allow 10-15 business days for me to prepare and pack your order before it ships. Processing time is separate from shipping time, and while I always aim to be speedy, there may be slight delays during busy seasons or holidays. Thanks for your patience!
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and preferences.
Estimated delivery times:

Canada & U.S.: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days
I offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

Untracked – a more affordable option without tracking (some countries are excluded from this option)

Tracked – includes tracking and delivery confirmation
You can select your preferred method at checkout.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and customs processing (for international orders).
Order Tracking
If you choose the Tracked option, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships—just give it 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.
If you go with the Untracked option, there won’t be a tracking number, and the package can’t be monitored after it leaves my hands.
Shipping Carriers
I primarily use Purolator for orders within Canada, UPS for U.S. orders, and Canada Post for international deliveries. You’ll be able to see available carriers at checkout and choose what works best for you!
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Heads up—some countries may charge customs fees, import duties, or taxes once your package arrives. These costs are set by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. I don’t have control over them, so if you're unsure, it's a good idea to check with your local customs office before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Your happiness truly means everything to me! While it’s rare, if your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please don’t worry—I’ve got your back. I offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee and will take full responsibility to make it right.
If something’s gone wrong, just reach out with your order number and a photo (if applicable), and I’ll sort it out for you. I may ask you to hold onto the packaging and damaged items so I can handle things on my end with the carrier.

Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to me because the customer did not pick it up from the post office or delivery service, I can reship the order. However, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If this happens, I will reach out to you to arrange the new shipping payment.
