Broken or Damaged Dioramas:
If your diorama arrives damaged, don’t worry! I’ll replace it for you at no additional cost. Just reach out to me with photos of the damage, and I’ll take care of the rest. -
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, I will assume full responsibility for the costs and will work with you to either replace your diorama or find a solution that works for you. -
